Satisfied

Joe calabucci awesome.i always ask for joe because I know how courteous friendly honest and helpful he is. Bringing our 2 Crv’s infor service I can that joe will keep me updated with any recalls or any items that need to be updated on our vehicles. Having a service adviser like joe to call upon when my vehicle needs service is like calling your best friend knowing how comfortable you are with him. I always leave there satisfied knowing when joe gives me the keys back to my vehicle that the work has been to his satisfaction as well as mine. 👍

Friendly

Convenient and efficient. I was greeted as soon as I arrived for the scheduled service. The service needs for my car were clearly explained and the time estimated time frame and cost was accurate.

Khalil Rasouly was fantastic!

Khalil made the process very easy. He was friendly and not pushy. He was thorough in the paperwork and in setting up my new vehicle with my personal options. I would definitely recommend Lia Honda and Khalil.

Much easier than expected

I went in to Lia not sure if I would get what I wanted for a deal on the CR-V I wanted. It was the first place I stopped at and I had never bought a car on my own before. Thankfully, I ended up with the nicest salesman who was never pushy or rude and simply walked me through the process. He made every effort he could to meet my goals for pricing and made the process much easier than I could’ve ever imagined. It was a wonderful experience overall and I absolutely love my new car!

Outstanding!

I needed an oil change, and a car examination. Nothing was ignored, as they took care of my concerns, such as tire pressure and windshield washer fluid, and even washed the car! Louis Schnell showed me my dirty air filters, and I agreed to new ones. Everything was completed in an hour, and the car ran beautifully, because she could breathe and function smoothly, again! Customer service is the heartbeat of a business, and your mechanics and Louis Schnell, are your heartbeat, along with a great product!
