The NYS inspection was carried out very smoothly from start to finish, as well as my oil change. I was pleased with the visit from the initial greeting to the final departure.

OaJay was wonderful to work with. He took his time to explain everything(sometimes more than once) and made sure we were satisfied and happy with our purchase. We called him multiple times after our purchase and he was patient, professional and extremely helpful. Our new Cadillac has so many functions and options and OaJay is always available to help. I would recommend him to everyone.

I was sold a lemon, serviced a lemon (awful service with awful communication) gave the car back to denooyer and haven't been to you in over a year. Not sure why I'm receiving this request for a review. My wheel literally fell off after you had serviced it telling me it was "safe to drive". Definitely will not be returning to have you service future vehicles. All trust was lost. Have since switched to Mangino and they have been absolutely phenomenal.
