It has been a week since I meet with a wonderful sales lady name Latonia. Latonia work with me as I choose the car that was just for me and I love my new Sante FE. She explain everything to me about my new car and stated if I needed help that I could always reach out to her. Ziggy was also helpful with choose the right car for me with showing me options until Latonia can in on the day off to complete the sale.

Had a wonderful experience at the dealership. Latonia was my sales person. She was professional and patient . The finance manager is Avante was also very kind and professional. They explained everything well even stayed 30 minutes after the dealership was closed to make sure that we were situated. I felt very welcome from the time I entered the dealer until the time I left. Truly an exceptional experience I would go there again.

I called every Hyundai in Chicago and Northwest Indiana to buy my new Palisade, This dealership was simply the best!!! Most dealers dont want to discuss leases over the phone, they also take hours and often days to get you prices, which are often filled with bogus fees. Not only was thier price great, their sales manager gave me the price in minutes. There was absolutely no pressure at any point, and the closing was the easiest and most stress free purchase experience of my life. Shout out to Zuvonte. The sales and management team were down to Earth, but professional. I actually had a small problem with my car, but the speed and ease with which it was handled, reminded me of the old school way business treated loyal customers. They never once delayed responsibility or sidestepped their duty in resolving the issue. This is the place to buy your next car!! Keep up the great job!!! America needs more dealerships like Napleton!!
