I haven't bought a car from a dealership in some 30years. I was pleasantly surprise to see how nice and easy Vincent Ross made it for us. There was no pressure to buy. I called my bank and Healey beat their rate. I strongly recommend buying from this dealership instead of individuals , besides the no hassle buying the comfort of getting bumper to bumper, a shop with service garage and a great salesman.
Great place to buy a car from

My family has been buying our cars from Healey Chrysler
My family has been buying our cars from Healey Chrysler Dodge for so long, I can't remember how many years it has been but it has been over 25 years. I know we have purchased at least 6 vehicles from that dealership and use their service department exclusively. I also send lots of friends and family when they need a car. I feel that you should know that as of late, your service department has really gone down hill. Examples of these things are, service stickers with the wrong information on them, this has happened to me on several occasions so I am sure there are many others it has happened to. Lately when we call to schedule a service appointment, we get put on hold multiple times. Most recently I took my vehicle in for an engine issue and mind you I brought it in as they scheduled so I did not have use of my car for a few days. When I took it in as scheduled, it took them 9 days to look at my car to determine the issue. My wifes Grand Cherokee also had problems where they did not reassemble her vehicle correctly and they cracked her engine cover and never replaced it. Al of this should be on record. I have never seen things this bad. I hope you can make the changes needed to restore the service centers ability to provide their customers with a Plus 1 experience.

I would not recommend the service department at all. I pulled in the dealership with a tire going flat. The service department tried to sell me a tire instead of plugging my tire. They wanted to charge me $200 for a tire. Wasted time, and then they told me we start to clean up between 4 and 5 pm. Never attempted to see if it could’ be plugged.

SERVICE - THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF EVERYONE
The worst experience I have ever had! They lied about looking at my vehicle. They lied to me about what I needed fixed and then wanted to charge me for something that they broke while fixing my car. Mike Tartaglione was my contact and he found it funny when I was frustrated about them lying to me. When I spoke to his supervisor, he could not help me and told me to bring it in for another look. When I did, they didn't even look at it! I called and Mike said they would look at it soon. When I popped up unannounced ten minutes later, he told me everything was the same and nothing could be done. They are full of lies, price gouging and they do not care about you at all. I wish I would've read these reviews before bringing it to them. There are SO MANY PEOPLE BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BOTH EMOTIONALLY AND MONETARILY! I plan on posting these remarks repeatedly to make sure everybody is aware of their horrible business practices. Please, please be careful! They WILL find something else wrong with your car when you bring it to them.

Found the vehicle driving by, a 2021 with 17K on it, like new. Came back and purchased the next day. Salesman was very friendly at first, but once the sale was made, no help at all. I was driving an unregistered vehicle for 2.5 months because of there screw up. Salesman was copied on all emails, be figured someone else had it under control. He took no responsibility. Now title is done incorrectly and will cost me $85 to fix. Stay away. These are the guys your mother warned you about.

Good deal. Fair trade-in. No Pressure
I went to Healey CDJR "just to look" at a 2021 Jeep 4xE. Not only was the vehicle impressive, but the salesman, Paul, was very knowledgable and considerate. They offered me a very fair deal on my trade and were able to beat my own bank's interest rate by almost half a percentage point. All in all, a very positive experience and I look forward to purchasing more vehicles from them in the future.

made an appointment 3weeks out .drop my truck off,they called me at 9am,saying they brought my truck in... i called at 215,asking if truck is done they said we didnt get to it ,,, cant we keep your truck till tommorow,,, i said how come its not fix they said we are under staff,,,iam done with healy i bought all my cars and trucks from them..also all my parts from my repair shop...bye bye healy,,,this is not my first time dealing with them for recalls and same xxxxxxxx EXCUSES,,,

OVERPRICED.
OVERPRICED. Their direct competitors charge $49.90 for a conventional oil change and $59.90 for conventional oil in a Hemi. This dealer charges 30% MORE than their 3 closest competitors within 15-30 minutes of them. They charge $85.90, for CONVENTIONAL OIL!!! They also recommend services that other dealers have told me are currently unnecessary after I’ve inquired into them. Stay AWAY!
