Bought new vette, supposed to get free oil change, wanted
Bought new vette, supposed to get free oil change, wanted it at 3500 miles they convinced me to wait till 7500 mile service, went in sat for 7500 mile oil change and they told me it expired so I had to pay $225, they never told me it will expire, if they knew that there’s only one reason to convince me to wait, because they knew it was going to expire and they wouldn’t have to honor it, what a scam

I got a car from them, I had an approved Capital One loan
I got a car from them, I had an approved Capital One loan and they didn’t want to take, because they want to scam you with a supposed loan from Smsrtpay, what end up is not a loan company, is a leasing company that had the worst conditions for the customers, if you decide to go there, watch out for the Smartpay “deal” if you get into it you will end up losing a lot of money.

The service advisor threatened to kill me and my family.
The service advisor threatened to kill me and my family. Worst service eve. ignore service. I had a 8 a.m. appointment for my initial oil change and rotation. The vehicle was not written up until 8:24. I was in the waiting room and no one ever notified me the car was ready. The service took over one hour. Poor service and the service advisor threatened bodily arm as well.

Brought in my 2018 Traverse Thursday morning b/c
Brought in my 2018 Traverse Thursday morning b/c StabiliTrak service light came on. That afternoon, as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot after they "fixed" it, the light came back on. Turned around and wanted to speak to a mechanic. Rep told me he'd take it into the garage to figure out what happened. 15 min later told me my battery needed to be changed, he can get me one before the shop closes? Nope. I'll have my mechanic do that, thanks. Okay, shouldn't have a problem, warning light just had to be reset (or something). I drove around Thursday evening feeling like the car didn't feel "right" --it bucked like it was trying to get into gear. Friday morning driving to work, I'm still feeling the bucking when I accelerate and then while I'm stopped at a red light, the electricity goes OUT and then quickly back on --like a light switch! Scared the xxxx out of me. I called the dealership completely aggravated since I just paid over $1500 for my car to be "fixed" and now it is running infinitely WORSE than when I brought it in. The service rep had an attitude as if he couldn't care less --I went looking for someone in the office and the woman came out, a very nice mechanic Alex came out to calm me down b/c I was furious. Again I was shuttled to work and waited. Oh, it was my battery! What a coincidence! Up until that day I had ZERO problems and then the day after I was told I needed a new battery, it goes! They did give me a new battery, free of change HOWEVER my car still bucks when I accelerate. No mention of that at all --even though it's on my invoice. Cashier handed me my key without saying a word, just a nasty look --AS IF I WANTED to come back 3x for this aggravation?! I want to see her reaction after paying $1551.00 for basically 6 spark plugs and a coil --the rest was all labor. What a racket! I am SO SORRY I EVER TRUSTED THEM WITH MY CAR! I usually go to my mechanic but stupidly I thought "StabiliTrak" was like a Chevy thing and figured they'd be able to fix it better --what do I know....just a single mom who knows ZERO about cars and I feel like I got totally taken advantage of. You'd think for over $200/hr these guys could just fix the car....wish I made that kind of money to be wrong. Never again....I'll be writing to the Duchess County Attorney General next.

I was recently in an accident in which my 6 month old equinox was totaled. My salesperson was able to get me a new Equinox premier to replace it very quickly. Everyone I was in contact with made the new lease go fast and smoothly.

Since my son was acquainted with Duke I bought a car
Since my son was acquainted with Duke I bought a car sight unseen which Duke delivered to me. I am a senior citizen and waited 5 months for heely Brothers to register my car as I live in connecticut. Every time I call to find out the status of the registration it was another story. Finally they reimbursed me $1,500 to pay the sales tax and registered a car myself in CT. After having the car for 3 months it needed an oil change it was down to 15%. I had the oil changed and both filters one in the engine and one in the cabin were absolutely filthy. Obviously nothing was done about an oil change. This week the brakes are scraping. When I asked Duke if the car was certified he said no it was the only warranty for 30 days. This was not said to me when I purchased the car. It is a 2015 car he said so they only give us 30 days. When I asked him if I was responsible for the break repair he's not only said brakes don't come free. As a senior citizen I am shocked at the way he spoke with me or texted me I should say. He then told me that I had the car since March indicating that I put a lot of miles on so I should change the oil. I put less than 1500 miles on the car because as I said I am a senior citizen and don't do much driving out of this area. I like the car very much but the service is terrible and the way I was spoken to is very disturbing.
