He assured me it was in stock and I made an appointment with him to see it. Got there and not only had he left but the car wasn’t there. A lot of what’s on their website isn’t in stock and they leave it there to draw people in. Don’t waste your time like I did, there are reputable Ford Dealers out there, this isn’t one of them.

My experience at diamond ford I went to looked at a 2021 Lincoln navigator that was on the website. The salesman on the lot told me that the Lincoln was out with a sales manager. He took his family out to Disneyland, and the navigator will be back on Monday. I called on Monday to see if the navigator was there and has not shown up yet. I finally got to look at it on Tuesday on the website that shows that has 41,000 miles and now has 45000 plus miles so Disneyland must’ve been in Florida my experience with time in for was the worst experience ever had at any dealership I will not recommend it to anybody in the antelope Valley. I gave them zero stars, and again the worst experience ever never buy a car there.

Buyer beware! Diamond Ford of Lancaster took all my personal information, ran a hard credit check, and took money for deposit to hold the vehicle as part of our agreement. That same day they sold the car to someone else and did not notify me. I was not informed of their decision until the next day, when I initiated contact to make arrangements to pick up the vehicle. This business made an agreement with me to purchase this vehicle and without my knowledge or notification, sold the vehicle we came into agreement upon. They performed this all while fully aware that I was unable to pick up the vehicle the day I left a deposit, as my duties as a first responder in the local area had me occupied. I believe ford to be a reputable American company, but Diamond Ford of Lancaster is the type of company to request personal documents, run your credit, take your cash, and not even have the courtesy to inform you. I recommend that you take your business else where and stay far from this dealership. They do not put the customer first, and they do not stand by their word.

My experience been very very bad with this dealership they got a $6000 down payment plus I’ve been paying over a year $500 a month for a whole year and I was only one month behind and Westlake financial that works with diamond Ford that is also related to somebody that owns Westlake financial and they also own or their family used to own or still own a lot of dealerships in the Hollywood area and LA area I just found this out so I think they have a big monopoly Ponzi scheme going on something Shadys going on there!!! I’m not gonna say any names yet but if you guys need anything any answers I will let you know you just could look it up it’s all in the Internet simple!! By the way when we went to go look at the 2 fords that We came all the way From San Diego to go look at they were still there but when we arrived the inventory lady have purchased both vehicles and haven’t removed him out of Their listing and they ended up sweet talking to me and convincing me that this is a better truck for work that the Dodge hemi 2500 that they had used was way better than the F150 I don’t concur on that part because I have 2015 Ford F150 triton V8 I purchased this F150 that I still have to this day I had 50,000 miles used exactly like this dodge ram and The ram can’t even handle what the F150 was handling that is pretty sad and I drove under 20,000 miles would it should’ve been a used car dear ship warranty should be around 25,000 if I concur if it was a good legit dealership or kind of give you some kind of warranty and repair but this one only give me a 24 hour warranty I never heard of that in my life I asked him do I get a warranty on this thing he told me it comes with the manufacture warranty of 100,000 miles and this vehicle hasn’t even hit that yet and I try to go take it to get it fixed and repair and they tell me it’s not under warranty what the heck is going on and I’m only one month behind with Westlake financial and they took my vehicle when I’ve been talking to them and I just paid The retainer just recently this sucks and I think Ford diamond Ford really really need some help or they got some shady things going on because she’s too many negative comments of this dealership!!!!

Worst plaice ever to buy a car don’t go here. Worst costumer service. Got the car from them for 93 k they don’t answer there phones for warranty. Shady people and service. Bottom line don’t go here find some one else better !!!

They gave me the most honesty and of most respected and made me feel as if I was getting treated fairly. They I didn't beat around the bush and tell you lies like Lancaster Chevrolet y those guys are horrible do not shop in Lancaster Chevy go to Antelope Valley Ford they have the best sales men with their me honesty they'll work you a good deal

I had a very good experience with this dealership. I came in knowing the car I wanted to test drive, and did. They had it washed and parked up in front before I arrived. The car was in exactly the same condition and had the same equipment as described. They provided me lots of information on the used mustang I bought, and were eager to answer my questions. I bought the car and I'm very happy with the car and my experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
