Don't let someone drive off the lot then call them telling them they need a co signer after they signed a bill of sale or they have to give the car back. Canceled my down deposit and never going back again

We bought our last Hyndai from Planet Hyndai was pleased, but this time when we found the sales manager arrogant. We drove the extra mileage to ABC to be treated right and appreciated.

I didnt expect to purchase a vehicle I was told I can refinance and lower my payment Ryan explained part of the refinance is offering customers to trade in their vehicles using rebates on new cars and possibly get a better car I ended up in an Elantra and I love my car

Elantra
I knew the body style and features I wanted for a car but I wasn't sure if I would be able to afford my tastes. The salesman (Cody) ensured me not to worry and that we would find somethi in my price range with the features desired and possibly even more. My expectations were exceeded and as my first new car purchase I am very thrilled. The finance manager (Trent) gave me a speedy and informative run down of my options. I had many questions and he answered them easily and accurately. After a friend saw the car I had purchased he and his wife were in the dealership within the next few days purchasing from Cody and ABC Hyundai.

This was my first time buying a car I was really impressed. The staff was I came in with a set price and they exceeded my expectations. I didn't have insurance so they gave me free insurance for 30 days. This is the best dealership.

So disappointed
The employee below was not the issue. Our dissatisfaction comes from working with Robert on the purchase of the new Hyundai. As we negotiated prices, incentives kept disappearing and our price ended up no where near what we thought it would be. Needless to say, we will gladly take our first free oil change and then find someone to work with in the future. Bright spots of this dealer being JB (sales), Melissa (customer service) and Jose (service)

Buyers Beware Crooks and Liars:
Customer service in Sales suck unprofessional service they hide the MSRP window stickers under the front passenger seat so they can over charge you from $2000.00-$10000.00 over the original MSRP window sticker. Buyers beware of the shady business they do believe me you will be sorry from purchasing from them. They only are interested in getting your money and will lie to do it you've been warned. The General Manager Alex Estay is the biggest crook of them all along with his buddy Arman the Asst. General Manager. Nick Spilotros is such a loser for being a Sales Manager he will always screw the customer be very aware of this guy very very shady. If you are reading this post again go some where else to buy a New Hyundai you will be in a better place to buy it again if you buy from this dealership you will be so upside down on your car you can't even trade it in in 4 years sad these people are still in business. $500.00 month payment on a new accent it is the cheapest car made then they want you to finance it for 72 months up to 84 months really they're out of their mind and this is what they call helping you and giving you customer service. I myself urge you potential customers to look elsewhere you've been warned. John McCain
