I never had a Chevy before so I was excited when I started looking. Frank one of the sales managers helped tremendously, he had me work with Michelle who was personable and knowledgeable, along side Joe who helped set up my Chevy app. AJ the general manager came by to introduce himself as well. The whole dealership was welcoming and friendly! Lori wasn?t pushy at all when we did the paperwork, she was super down to earth and made it easy. I?d highly recommend this dealership if you need a car!

I am disappointed in the part of the transaction of a used vehicle after delivery. I explained to the salesperson A K during the test drive the brakes were not smooth and there was some vibration. There is concern of a safety issue with the brakes and I am getting the run around. I have contacted the Salesperson A J. a couple of times and no resolution. I called and left messages with the voicemail to have the General Manager, A.J. I told them about the brakes on the test drive and the salesperson assured me he would have it taken care of. This is a safety issue and it is not okay that there has been days and nothing has been resloved despite my follow ups.

Always a fine job! in inspecting the vehicle even beyond the actual service that I request, I always take my car there for service and have since I puschased the car.

I found the service to be thorough and efficient . Car was repaired in reasonable time. Will change oil more frequently. Mechanic gave good advice on maintenance

Philippe went above and beyond to deliver my car to me when the purchasing process was held up. The car was a fair price and everything was perfect.
