I recently bought my new Ford truck from Pennington Ford Centralia and couldn't be happier with the entire process. From the moment I walked in, the sales team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful — no high-pressure tactics, just honest advice and great conversation. They had an excellent selection of new and pre-owned vehicles, and the team worked hard to get me into the exact truck I wanted at a fair price. The trade-in offer on my old vehicle was more than competitive, and the finance team made everything smooth and transparent. Even better, when I brought it back for service, the technicians were top-notch. They explained everything clearly, fixed what needed fixing quickly, and had me back on the road in no time. The service department really stands out — professional, courteous, and thorough. If you're in the Centralia area and looking for a new or used Ford (or just great service for the one you already own), do yourself a favor and head to Pennington Ford at 848 E Noleman Street. They truly made car buying and ownership stress-free. Highly recommend — I'll definitely be back for my next vehicle!

Jim O Neil likes to brag on Facebook groups about how he belittles and walks all over new co worker salesman. Cusses at other people online. Very odd behavior from someone who publicly displays that he works for this dealership. I couldn't imagine bullying a car from the guy or a dealership who employs someone like that.

They had a great looking truck on the lot. I stopped in to look at it and they offered a generous amount for my trade and a good price for the truck. It was quick and easy and I left with a great truck!
