I bought a car on a Saturday and we agreed that they will

I bought a car on a Saturday and we agreed that they will deliver the car to me on Monday. They fulfilled their promise despite having a busy day on Monday. I'm satisfied with purchasing experience.

I have been to other Kia dealerships before but this one

I have been to other Kia dealerships before but this one is terrible. I had an appointment at 7:00am to get an oil change an tire rotation. I showed up to the dealer and they have no record. After that my service is about $30 more than the other dealers ive been to and to top it off they charged me a $15.00 misc. shop fees charge for "Towels and Cleaning supplies." This is unacceptable to have the service advisor to let you know during closeout. They also quoted me 1hr 15mins to 1hr 30 mins for the service to be completed. I was done in 2hrs 15mins and that was after they took 20mins to just check me in. I will never come here again. Nobody was professional or courteous during my enitre encounter.

I HAVE TO START BY SAYING THANK YOU SO MUCH TO MR TROY HILL. He was an amazing soul to work with. He was so confident about what I was concerned with in going through this process. He kept in contact through the 3weeks prior to me actually getting there. He asked me WHAT I WANTED and he went for it, and GUESS what. I got all that I wanted. THANK YOU SO MUCH. If you want a GREAT experience see MR HILL.

Service department Julian and manager are crooks they

Service department Julian and manager are crooks they quoted me $2500 to fix my ac and electric fan on car I bought there 7 months ago they sold me extended warranty but warranty didn't cover parts and labor for job they told me I needed they had car for 2 weeks I had to drive to Kia cause they would not call back with estimate or problem I had to go in person to get answers I took my car out went to another shop only cost $150 to fix my car.
