Great job on attention to details.

Great job on attention to details. You did a great job on finding out what was really wrong with my car. I thought it was just an oil leak but you figured out it was a gasket for my transmission. Thank you for taking the extra time needed to find the problem. You all always do a good job. That's why I always bring my car to you.

A complete waste of time.

I see the problem with Sabino not calling service customers was never addressed. My wife set up an appointment to get our Stinger AC fixed o. The 19th. She shows up today to a total waste of time. She never got an appointment confirmation call from Sabino telling her what to expect, where to go, and can she have a loaner since she's leaving it numerous days. All things that would have saved her time and money. Instead he says he called everyone but he didn't call her. He finally acknowledged that after insisting he did. Then he tells her no loaner and he rescheduled her for 5 days from today to do the same thing she was there for today. To check her car in to get it fixed. So she drove up there for nothing because he didn't take the time to call and answer some very important questions so she could be prepared to leave her car for her service appointment. I called to speak to the service director and all he did was acknowledge they made mistakes and apologized but gave no resolution. Just basically said sorry and when it comes in next time he will try and make sure it gets in a fixed quickly. If I knew my guy dropped the ball and didn't do something that caused my customer to waste time money and pushed them back another week to get their car in for NO AC in texas heat after already waiting 10 days I would've done alot more than say sorry.
