Antoine was a really great Salesman. He knows your cars. He was not overly pushy and for me that is a blessing. I really dislike Sales Reps but Antoine may have changed my mind. Your Finance team Aaron was awesome. Very fresh on the job but was not intimidated or nervous at all. So friendly.

The sales department was awesome to work with. No complaints there. The service department is another story. They are really short staffed. Calls are not answered or returned. We had a problem with the alignment that is finally fixed.

I usually receive great service but this last time it...
I usually receive great service but this last time it wasn't as good. Car was dropped off Monday morning and I never got word of what was being done. I called Tuesday afternoon to speak with the rep but found out it was his day off. My husband called late Wednesday morning only to find that the car was being looked at for the first time. Didn't get the car back till Thursday. There was a big lack of communication on their part that hadn't happened before.
