We have bought a few cars from this dealership over the years, but it has been about 10 years since the last one. We went back because our previous experiences were good, and we were lucky enough to still find a friendly, knowledgeable staff that was able to help us get exactly what we wanted.

I will never recommend them to anyone. Basically sold me a car that has more problems then it’s worth. Was told they would fix it, that had it for a month and it’s still not fix. Stuck with a xxxxty car for 21,000.

Great service. Had an issue with my trans (band new car) and didn't know it (traveled all the way from Florida on a bad trans yikes!) John and his staff accommodated me on what was a very stressful trip/time in Chicago. I would definitely do business with them, even though I'm now in FL :)

Worst Experience I've ever had in my life.. was hung up on the Parts/service mngr. lied to my face. used to love this dealer.Jokingly asked if its new ownership. He said it is.. Explains it all and I will not be returning to this service dept. I also dont expect this to end up on your review page. But knowing someone else read this works for me.. I will be typing more reviews on other sites.
