Great experience

Bought two vehicles . My sales man Peter Hueser really was great with not only being very patient .. But hospitality was very excellent. I had also got to meet Bill Stasek himself. He was very genuine. He is one of the first owners that I had seen who actually works through out his dealership. Thank you again to Peter and Bill.

Great service visit.

It's tough to have a great service visit that was initiated by a "service engine light", but it was quickly diagnosed and reasonably inexpensive to fix. These guys are the only ones to service any of my vehicles for the past 10+ years, and I won't go anywhere else.

Awesome experience

Salesperson & everyone that I dealt with was very: friendly, knowledgeable, informative, easy to talk to & made you feel comfortable & they really were concerned & looking out for the best interests of myself! They even went to a local bookstore & purchased a book that my daughter need for college while I was finishing the transaction. Thanks for everything!!

Purchase of 2016 Malibu Limited

Based upon reviews from this web site, I contacted Peter Hueser about acting as our salesman for the purchase of a 2016 Chevy Malibu Limited. I had previously purchased a 2004 Malibu from Bill Stasek that was a trade-in for the purchase. Peter was on-time and professional throughout the entire process. He gave me his personal cell phone number that was useful in setting up appointments and completing the transaction including paperwork. I found Peter to be factually oriented, knowledgeable, and professional. There was no high pressure or puffing. On price we haggled a bit and reached a compromise. Peter was helpful in identifying the auto features we really wanted allowing us to focus on arriving at a negotiated price. A few problems and issues were resolved quickly to our satisfaction by Peter personally. We were given a free loaner when our car was being serviced. I highly recommend Peter Hueser and Bill Stasek Chevrolet.

Pleasant experience- no high pressure tactics

An overall nice experience- good communication from Peter and the gentleman in the finance department. They answered all my questions and provided honest answers. I would recommend this dealer- did not get the usual high pressure sales tactics experienced with other dealer- also nice perks with a car purchase like free carwashes!

Best dealership experience ever

To begin, I found a 2006 Chevrolet 3500 online and was very interested in driving and checking the truck out in person. Lana answered the phone and sounded very friendly. She took all my information down, without being too pushy like many sales people. I told her I was only able to see the truck at a specific time due to living an hour away from the dealership. She told me she would not be there in that time frame but to see another person and apologized for not being able to be there. Upon arrival I found out that there was a small leak under the truck and the truck was in service fixing the problem. I was glad that they took pride in the dealership and fixed their used trucks rather than just selling them in poor condition, however I was pretty upset I would not be able to drive the truck. When I checked my email the next morning, Lana had emailed me apologizing for the mixup and said the garage had told her the truck would be done by the time I was to arrive. She continued to offer to drive the truck to my house and let me keep it overnight to drive it and check it out, and furthermore to make up for it not being ready. I could not believe she was willing to drive it to my house just for me to check it out. After driving it overnight I found a few things wrong with the truck and brought it to her attention upon bringing the truck back. She did everything she could to fix the truck to get it in good driving condition before I left the dealership. After working very hard to get the truck financed, she was able to sell the truck to me. Even after the sale she went above and beyond any dealership has ever gone for me just to help make sure I was happy with the sale. I live an hour away from the dealership and will never think twice about going there for any new or used car again. The honestly and willingness to work towards a fair outcome were always number one to her. I wasn't looking to rip the dealership off, all I wanted was fair treatment and good service and I got way more than I had ever expected! Thanks Lana and the team at Stasek Chevrolet!
