The anti-theft device is not under the Ford warranty even though they mark it up and stated it was after my inquiry. My email to management was ignored and phone call correspondence will not accept any wrong doing. No communication between dealers and Ford customer service. Very disappointed

Update on my recent review.
Update on my recent review. Dealership responded to my review stating reason why my tires were not available was due to the fact that I did not choose one of two options I was given. Therefore they did not have tires in stock. Eddie gave me two options and I told him I wanted the Michelin tires with steel rims. I have a message from Eddie verifying my choose and that he would order them for me so that they would be available for my appointment. So the ball is back in your court. Not try and blame it on me. You dropped the ball. Terrible dealership knowing I did choose which tires I wanted I have the communication from Eddie to prove it.

Shows the unprofessionalism from service department right up to the owner of Weston ford. Two tire chooses given by Eddie and I “DID PICK THE MICHELIN TIRES”. And Eddie did assure me he would order immediately so that they would be there for my appointment. So your service department dropped the ball. You as the owner also dropped the ball by not looking deeper into what “ACTUALLY HAPPENED “. Don’t blame it on me !!!! From service to owner very unprofessional.

Service people are totally clued out. Made an appointment but after 1 1/2 my car still was not in the shop. Then, service quoted $100 for a repair,but when I brought my car in, the quote rose to $960.
