The gentleman I spoke to was helpful and friendly and seemed genuinely interested in working with me, but when I sent my information about my car and it was an embarrassingly low offer so the deal never happened. I wish they had called me back. We hopefully could’ve worked something out. They have some beautiful cars, But when they just offer you what Carmax is going to offer for my car for I can’t deal with that.

I bought a lower end car than what they sell and they took care of me as if it was one of the higher end cars. Alan was awesome! Highly recommend!

I purchased a 2020 Mustang GT convertible from Regis. I purchased the car without visiting the dealership, did everything online, phone and text. Overall it was a good experience, I feel Regis was honest, fair and friendly. The car is everything I expected it to be. He also stepped up and paid for a new battery after I took delivery of the vehicle, he is a man of his word. I would buy from Illinois Motors again.

I purchase the blue 69 restomod Camaro over the internet. I had Alan Gordon as my sales representative. He was on top of it all the way . He reassured me that everything was on the up and up . Did everything he said he would . Got the car to me in California and couldn’t be happier! If they have what you want , trust is their main goal. Thanks Illinois Motirs and Thanks Alan . I would tell anyone they are great !

Purchased a 2014 Ford Roush Raptor from this dealership with 95k miles on the clock. I live in Greenville, SC so I couldn't test the vehicle before purchase, but I am familiar with these trucks so I knew what I was buying. I spoke to Regis at Illinois Motors and he recommended I go to URW for a vehicle inspection. Not sure if this recommendation was a good idea since they are friendly to each other. Vehicle was inspected and I bought it with multiple diagnostic trouble codes, so yes, these are my issues to resolve. I'm very capable with complex repairs so I took full responsibility for the error codes. What I did not expect was a check engine light right off the delivery truck indicating a severe misfire of cylinder 6. Pulled plug and coil... coils are new from Illinois Motors, but the plugs looked like they were pulled from the bottom of the ocean. Rusted and severely worn. Why replace coils and not plugs? Especially given how hard it is to replace the coils. While replacing the plugs, which required removal of the front wheels, I find the 4x4 IWE vacuum system a complete shambles. All the lines were broken and would not provide for proper operation of the 4x4 system. This is where I start to scratch my head. The truck makes a horrible noise when coasting probably caused by lack of disengagement of the 4x4 system on normal roads. Occupants hear and comment on it, so not my imagination. URW and Illinois Motors said they checked the 4x4 system, and in fact it does operate in 4x4, but as I noted, it will not properly disengage. I don't see how either company could not hear the noise coming from the driveline when the vehicle was coasting (as noted, friends who know nothing about vehicle repair could hear it, but Illinois Motors and URW could not?!). To their credit, Illinois Motors reimbursed me for the plugs, but no support for the severely damaged vacuum system. In fact, I can tell that my emails indicating the additional problems I'm experiencing with my $40k vehicle are starting to frustrate them. The 4x4 vacuum lines are inexpensive, less than $100, but when you spend over $40k for a vehicle, you expect the basic systems to be fully functional. When I pointed this out to Illinois Motors, they told me they fixed it before it left... IMPOSSIBLE. If you buy from Illinois Motors, get an inspection from someone that KNOWS THE VEHICLE IN QUESTION. I love the truck, but I have my hands full resolving nits and nats. Good luck!

I worked with Regis on a 2000 Corvette and can say it was the easiest buying experience. I’d asked to have the front fender alignment looked at and he had it fixed along with a missing trim piece. The car was in excellent shape and all modifications were disclosed. He’s very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Pricing was very fair and I was in and out within a half hour on the day of pick-up. You can tell he genuinely enjoys the work he does and it shows. Thank you Regis and everyone at Illinois Motors for helping me find my dream car.
