Service center was great.
Service center was great. My vehicle was supposed to be looked at prior to 10am to possibly trade it in but when I got there at 10 it wasn’t looked at and we had to wait an hour which I found unacceptable as my appt was at 10am. I was low balled for my suv as I had done some searching prior to showing up. The salesman was very nice and helpful and it wasn’t his fault my vehicle wasn’t done by 10am

I brought my car into the dealership thinking the worse
I brought my car into the dealership thinking the worse possible outcome. At the end, it was a simple fix, which was a big relief to me. All the work was covered by the warranty They even wash my car.

I was scheduled only for a routine oil change upon arrival I asked service writer if recall worked he offered me another appt saw I reuctant and said if you have the time I will get it done I agreed and 2.5hrs later it was done saving me a return trip.
