First of all I want to say Miguel is a very positive and welcoming person whose radiant smile instantly puts you at ease before such a big purchase. He is easygoing, very knowledgeable and attentive. He answered all of our questions and explained everything we needed and wanted to know. He made sure we looked at a few options before deciding on the exact vehicle that we wanted to take home. The whole process was smooth and Miguel stayed with us all the way till the end, which was long past closing time. He is an amazing sales person to have on your team, and deserves well above 5 star rating!

In early November, I had two sensors replaced.

In early November, I had two sensors replaced. I was told the job would take a few hours, but it ended up taking two weeks. Just four days after getting my car back, it was back in the shop again, this time for a timing chain problem. Why this issue wasn’t detected the first time is beyond me. This lack of proactivity from the shop has cost me significantly. Had I known about the timing chain issue earlier, I would have explored other options.
