Devan G. helped us to buy a 2026 Nissan Leaf S+. It arrived today, as expected, and she kept the entire process smooth and easy. We'd never purchased new before, now had we purchased online. Everything went perfectly, and Devan along with her Sales Manager, Josh, gave us all the support we needed. Will definitely recommend people to Schomp Nissan!!

DO NOT BUY A NISSAN ARIYA. Absolute scam of a vehicle. I've owned a Tesla for 8 years and hold multiple advanced degrees. I know EVs inside and out. I bought this 2024 Ariya thinking it would be a solid alternative. Big mistake. This car is a rolling regret and I feel completely ripped off. First, charging is a nightmare. To use the actual best charging network (Tesla Superchargers) you have to buy an adapter. Fine. But that adapter doesn't work with my already-installed home charger, so I had to buy a second $200 adapter. Even worse, I bought the wrong one at delivery because Nissan didn't warn me. Now I can't even use my home charger without wasting more money. The charging interface is pathetic. No clear screen information showing you're actually charging -- just a tiny green light on the side of the dash that's either solid or flashing. No countdown, no amperage, no voltage, nothing. When charging is done? The car doesn't tell you. No notification, no summary. You just unplug and pray you don't get shocked if it's still live. Then there's the fake engine noise in Sport mode. Who the hell wants fake engine sounds in an EV? I didn't buy a motorcycle and demand four car tires. It's stupid. And guess what -- you can't turn it off yourself. You have to make a service appointment so they can plug in their OBD tool and disable it. I'm terrified what that "service" will cost me. The app is even worse. Took pictures of all my documents just to register (with zero info on what they do with my PII). App didn't work. Called the overseas call center (everyone's favorite). Got hung up on multiple times, transferred in circles, same useless operators. They actually got mad when I mentioned I was recording -- even though I'm in a one-party consent state. Makes you wonder what shady stuff they're hiding that they don't want recorded. Oh, and that app you need just to start/stop charging because the car itself has zero intuitive controls? You have to PAY for it after the first year. Nissan wants to nickel-and-dime you for basic functionality that every other EV company includes for free. I've now spent hundreds extra on adapters, wasted hours on terrible support, and I'm driving a car that makes simple things like charging stressful and confusing. This feels like a giant scam from a company desperately trying to extract every possible fee while delivering a half-baked product. Huge props to the salesman Alex and the dealership -- they were great. The car and Nissan corporate? Complete trash. I regret this purchase every single day. Stay far away.

I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue and had the pleasure of working with Alex. He was professional and made the experience surprisingly enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, patient, and listened to my needs without pressure. I drove away with a car I love. I highly recommend Alex

Alex (sales) was great, appreciate his communication and friendly nature during the process. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a car. He definitely goes the extra mile. Detailing of the vehicle was less than amazing. I'd say they washed the outside but there were lots of places in the car that clearly were not even wiped down. Some spots were baaad. Also, the tires were way off on PSI - back tires 10 below normal and warning lights went off on the way home.
