Happy Chevrolet Owner
I called on Summitt Chevy for three reasons. (1)To check on an issue I was having with the rear hatch opening on very hot days. It was binding and I feared larger problems if it was not tended to, (2)because they are the dealer that is closest to me, and (3)the #1 reason is that when I was looking to buy a new Suburban, their salesman ( Sal Arichiello), is the best person you could possibly have on your team. So when this issue arose, I was steered toward Ken Gilfus in the body shop who not only fixed the problem with utmost courtesy, he also directed me to Steve Milewski who scheduled maintenance that was due at the same visit and saved me a double trip. You should be happy to have such good people on your team. Mind you, I am not the easiest person to please. Ask my wife. I can be a pain. So please thank your Summit team for me.
