It’s a great dealer except for when I make a service

It’s a great dealer except for when I make a service appointment through my Chevrolet app after getting multiple confirmations by email when I show up there’s no such appointment. So is it the Chevrolet app fault or is it Diamond Hills? I’m not gonna be calling them to confirm an appointment when I get multiple confirmations!! Thank you!

I worked with Robert. He and the team moved mountains for me. I would of liked better trade in value and more negotiations on price of car bought. but all and all I would buy from them again

Went in and worked with Michael he was helpful even though being newer to the dealer he was pretty knowledgeable and was personable finance was easy and they worked with all my requests with minimal haggling

No man of there words.

No man of there words. Part of the deal is free sun shades and all weather mats for my Tahoe at there cost which employees discount. Now there are charging me 500 bucks for it ship. Chevy web site cost 336 ship for 3 rows. And guess what the sun shade they’re going to send it going to be the cheap kind and not the one I requested. Don’t deal with Sam. Don nice guy but he’s just the distraction.
