Attentive service but long wait (2-1/2,hours) without explanation for routine oil filter change and oil. Only at end of wait I was told they ordered the wrong filter and had to retrieve correct one.

Mr. Soofi was very professional and willing to help all the times. also the financial managers were very professionals helping me with the process giving the best deal with trade and also with my new truck. I tried to purchase a vehicle from them and they wouldn't
I tried to purchase a vehicle from them and they wouldn't let me put a deposit on the vehicle. They made me apply for credit, even though I was already pre-qualified and while I was waiting to speak to the finance manager they sold the vehicle. I jumped through hoops for two days and they just sold the vehicle to another person. Terrible service.

If you have an expectation of getting your pre-owned car from Koons Woodbridge inspected by an independent mechanic, KOONS WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO DO THIS. “Our vehicles cannot leave our dealership.” If transparency is important to you before you spend thousands of dollars, DO NOT GO TO KOONS.
