Excellent customer service. Malachi was great. Very personable. Quick turnaround. Love the video feature with the technician as well. I don't know who he was, but he did a great job too. Very impressed with the whole experience.

The dealership gave me a loaner car while they searched for a car noise that turned out to be a 'coupler' on the rear trans axel. At one point they wanted to give me the car back without fixing the noise. However, I told them I refused to take it back. I talked with the head of the service department and he reassured me they would fix the problem. I dont know his name but that manager was very helpful. I think I had a loaner for some 3 weeks, which really made an impression on me as a purchaser of a car at their dealership. I will most likely buy there if I still live in the state after retirement.

Bad experience with the mangmt at Tempe Az dealer. Contacted Modesto dealership and Nevin provided info/paperwork timely & professionally. Was able to communicate and follow through process remotely so completing the sale once I returned to Ca went smoothly.

Rating is a -50! Car was there for an entire week ,only to be told part would not be available until 4 months later. I had to ask for an update instead of being notified immediately! Very unprofessional!
