I had a great experience with their team, and my purchase was smooth. I faced no issues, and I received my license plate on time. This is an excellent store for purchasing cars. I highly recommend it.

The employees didn't seem to motivated to sell a car. The Jeep although with low mileage needed serious work. We brought a mechanic in for a inspection and this vehicle was leaking fluids from several areas. The mechanic felt it would take several thousand dollars for repairs to fix this vehicle.

Lack of professionalism and transparency. I received a text with just the company name to fill out a credit application without seeing the car or verifying service history via CarFax. Who would burn 15 points off their credit score without verifying the history on a car? I requested a CarFax before proceeding and they texted back saying it "should be" on the website and it was not. No documents of any kind. No inspection report nor a reconditioning report for a car with 86K miles and 9 years old. I texted back again saying it was not on the website. No response. No follow up. Days went by. After I left a review on another platform, this dealer texted me this evening March 1, 2024. Alex (no last name) then proceeded to play the victim saying I'm unfair. I was also accused of damaging their business. This is your approach? Absurd. Instead of correcting the issue, I'm the problem. If you drop the ball own the mistake instead of allowing your ego to run amok and blame others for your lack of being transparent and honest. Again, the situation was correctable but all I got was a sense of entitlement and air of superiority.

I bought my Sienna from them, it was an excellent experience, staffs were nice plus they have a lot of cars to choose from. surprisingly there was no reviews, I will definitely recommend everyone to check them out.
