I agreed to purchase a preowned 2021 Hyundai Kona from Horne Mazda. The advertised price, $28,750. I requested a statement of the total purchase price including all fees. When the statement arrived an additional $1,128.00 fee for accessories was added with no explanation. I did not request additional accessories. All accessories should be included is the asking price. Simply put, a used car is a used car and an agreed price is for the car, as is. I cancelled my purchase.

Prior to my most recent service visit my rating would hav been a 5 star...but, this most recent 13,000 mile service (1.6 hrs) cost $192.00 labor charge. That seems an extraordinary rate in excesses of $100 an hour. I will not return for such labor charges. All other aspects of my service visit were their usual excellent attention, thanks much.
