Hello Goodmorning just trying to get help, ok so on Feb. 15, 2025 I purchased a 2018 Malibu and there's issues to car for 1 it was previously wrecked and I was not aware of that at the beginning, the car was running rough and there's a clicking noise, I contacted the dealership and no luck at all with salesman it's like all of them ignore you after you make a deal BUT that's not all I'm trying to find out who am I financed through it says Capital One but I contact them and they have no account on me only the 1 I already have and that's a credit card. CHRIS RUSSELL I'm guessing the general manager no telling who he is wrote a reply on my Google review asking for I to email him so I did 2 times and no reply, I'm currently searching for another vehicle possible another Tahoe or truck but honestly I'd NEVER do business with this dealership again!!!! I'm adding the names of all people I've contacted and never got a call or reply, I'm trying to find out who I'm FINANCED with again because it is not CAPITAL ONE!!!! I feel the practices are deceptive.

I feel the practices are deceptive. Was told the car was one price but found out it was $9000 more. Too many unwanted and unadvertised add-ons. The car is good though. No issues. I would recommend someone go elsewhere for a Hyundai.

I was in and out.

I was in and out. It was a quick process. I knew what I wanted and they got it done quickly. Very professional staff. This was my first Hyundai and I loved the experience and I love the car.

Communication skills aren’t the best. I was very excited about purchasing my first car on my own and while getting the car and signing the dotted line was easy the process that followed is what left me disappointed

Horrible experience all around.

Horrible experience all around. Be careful with finance. My name never got on the title just my wife's so when I need to talk to someone I have to get permission from my wife. We where paying cash and they wouldn't take it. They would only take $20000.00 then the rest. I will not be buying anything else from Hyundai.

Everything is fine but I think there is room for

Everything is fine but I think there is room for improvement. Looks like service desk was short staffed when I arrived. I stood in front of their desks for about 15 minutes until someone helped me. I did have an appointment but everyone was so busy with their computer, phone calls or shuffling paper. Finally someone said we will be right with you. When I left all was good but someone left their empty red Gatorade in cup holder and a dirty napkin in my door handle. I appreciate your help and hope those guys get some more help.
