Well I presented to you folks a 60 month deal you had to beat. And you folks still did numbers at 72 months. Had taken plates from my car and also deactivated blue link on my car without being able to purchase your car. Was upset you folks had the offer in your hands and knew you had to beat that: so no I didn’t buy from you guys:

Alex went above and beyond to meet our needs and work to achieve a price within our range for a successful sale. It was disappointing that the price calculator online gave false information, but with the help of Alex and Arnoldo we were able to get the price down closer to what we expected.

My car salesman Mo was quick to check if I needed help. He worked hard to show me multiple vehicles and see which one was for my liking. He tried to negotiate the best deal with his manager. He also took pictures of my daughters and I!
