The Dealership was clean and had a large variety of cars
The Dealership was clean and had a large variety of cars and SUVs and the people were really friendly. All though I have never experienced an unsettling experience with the finance department, the person that helped me was a real nice guy ,but I was told I would Not be able to receive the low interest rate I was given unless I presented my social security card!! Even though I had given my social number , That’s the first I have never been told that , never before at other dealerships, unfortunately I lost my card and now trying and hopefully receiving it before time expires in order to receive that rate.I was hoping my credit and financial status would be good enough apparently it’s not ,

Scott Kimbrough the GM takes great pride on making sure his customers are satisfied with their purchase. I can honestly say that he will listen to all of your concerns and explain the different packages they have to offer to protect your investment. Arin Robenson the salesperson was very kind and helpful throughout this whole process. Hello Goodmorning just trying to get help, ok so on Feb. 15, 2025 I purchased a 2018 Malibu and there's issues to car for 1 it was previously wrecked and I was not aware of that at the beginning, the car was running rough and there's a clicking noise, I contacted the dealership and no luck at all with salesman it's like all of them ignore you after you make a deal BUT that's not all I'm trying to find out who am I financed through it says Capital One but I contact them and they have no account on me only the 1 I already have and that's a credit card. CHRIS RUSSELL I'm guessing the general manager no telling who he is wrote a reply on my Google review asking for I to email him so I did 2 times and no reply, I'm currently searching for another vehicle possible another Tahoe or truck but honestly I'd NEVER do business with this dealership again!!!! I'm adding the names of all people I've contacted and never got a call or reply, I'm trying to find out who I'm FINANCED with again because it is not CAPITAL ONE!!!!
