Alex was very attentive, patient, kind and honest. I appreciate how he painted the picture of what I qualified for. He didn't pressure me into making a decision and I appreciated that he allowed me the weekend to make a decision. I'm sure I will be closing with him and I'm grateful for the experience.

They did overcharge me for the 2025 Santa Fe I got it

They did overcharge me for the 2025 Santa Fe I got it from them.. cruelty they changed the price and make me sign all documents.. i try to get this people on the phone after I find the difference.. nobody is answering. The operator transferred my call to the the Alex C Jones heโ€™s never answered or call me back yet and I try to get the sales manager he also answered my call.. I going to file a complaint against Big Star Hyundai to AG ,Consumer Protection Office, and BBB if they did not do any compensation

Hi .. Chris I did called you left a voicemail today and I sent a email yesterday , you did not respond to me yet .. here I am attaching the email message Hi .. I want to let you know that today (1/15/25)is the due date for (2020 Santa Fe ) the car I traded with you guys I not going to make any payments because I transfer the owner ship to you (Big Star Hyundai)on 1/4/2025 .. I got email notification from Hyundai Finance stating that The payment is past due Also you guys overcharged me $1295 for 2025 Santa Fe , the total price of the car is $36,230 you guys are selling it to me $ 37,525 itโ€™s a daylight fraud business you guys are doing especially your sales team.. I feel like all of their mind set is same ..just ripped off customers Thank you

My wife had searched online for the vehicle we were

My wife had searched online for the vehicle we were looking for and also went through the process of looking up a term for a lease. We were contacted same day by a salesperson who confirmed they still had the car on the lot. We ended up making a trip to Friendswood, which is about 30 minutes for us and was greeted by the sales manager, who said that our salesperson was bringing the car out for us to look at, didn't love the Pearl white color so they brought out a moonlight cloud one for us. Since we had done the term on the Internet, they had the outline of the deal worked up already, but since it was a different car there was some haggling before we settled on a price. Finance guy was great very clear on all of our options. Overall, we had a great experience Thank you, Alex Jones.
