Service department is subpar.

Service department is subpar. Misleading and fraudulent. Service manager is dishonest and delivers fake paperwork to buyers. Overall poor customer service and communication. Sales department is excellent and goes far beyond the customers expectations. However, good luck if anyone needs help with a service issue. Plan to have excuses and bad service.

I recently visited the Hyundai service center and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner, and I appreciated the regular updates during the process. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the short wait more enjoyable. Overall, I’m satisfied with the quality of service and professionalism. Thank you, Hyundai team, for your excellent customer care!
