There are so much lack of communication between the staff. This is my third vehicle purchase, but I won’t be coming back.

Well I presented to you folks a 60 month deal you had to

Well I presented to you folks a 60 month deal you had to beat. And you folks still did numbers at 72 months. Had taken plates from my car and also deactivated blue link on my car without being able to purchase your car. Was upset you folks had the offer in your hands and knew you had to beat that: so no I didn’t buy from you guys:

I had a great experience with Rose.

I had a great experience with Rose. The dealership itself was nice and clean. I would have appreciated more privacy though. There were customers sitting close by who could possible see the computer screens and hear private information. Also, the receptionist is the first person a customer comes in contact with and sets the initial tone for their experience...not impressed.
