Very pleased with the attention to my emergency as an

Very pleased with the attention to my emergency as an out-of-town customer. Only negative criticism was the failure of a phone call during the analysis phase before the day ended when promised…left me hanging until the next day. “We’re not certain” would have been acceptable response to keep me updated.
