So we took our 3 month old palisade in for service due to a bad sensor on the front bumper. After the service department said the bumper was cracked and that nothing is covered under warranty we had to pay $2000 to get it fixed. So a rock road rash hits the front of your car and does damage to a sensor they won’t cover anything under warranty. The service manager did not even know what trim level our vehicle was when he called me and didn’t know what our warranty covered. Then he had a sales person call me to tell me our warranty and give me a lecture on how insurance works. Trust me I’m 50 years old and one 2 businesses I think I know about insurance and warranty. Not empress with anyone at Chico Hyundai as far as I’m concerned I’ll never do any business with them ever again. They can take there free lube jobs because there service department is absolutely horrible!!!!!

The service department was a bit chaotic and there was confusion over what my appointment was for. Also my car did not get washed per the maintenance flyer we had which stated complimentary wash. Car was done in 3 hours and the shuttle to my house was very nice.

I washed and waxed my car before I came to the dealership
I washed and waxed my car before I came to the dealership and women I left the dealership the top of my car was covered with muddy water stains and I had to completely redo my clean up when I got home I should’ve had them wash the car for me at the dealership it was that bad.

I would like to say that this was the easiest purchase that I have made for a new card. Isaac Johnson was very helpful showing and telling me about the car. Cameron Jacobs who was the finance person was also very helpful and informative. Everyone and the dealership was very friendly.

Probably the easiest car purchase ever for my wife & I. We were there for awhile only because we test drove 4 vehicles. Once we settled on the car we bought the process was fairly quick. Our salesperson was very informative with zero pressure.
