My 2008 F-150 King Ranch, with over 213,000 miles has been bulletproof. But with that many miles, things start to happen. One evening, my engine was much louder than normal as I pulled in the garage. The next morning, I took it to Spradley Barr Ford where I have all service done on the vehicle. I was told it was about a week wait for an appointment or I could leave it and they would see if they could fit me in. The next afternoon, I had my truck back and had I not left it, it would have cost me a ton. The tensioner belt bearing had worn down so much that it blew out of its housing. They put a new one in, new tensioner belt and all for a reasonable price and fast! I consider that good service.

Really enjoyed working with Corben and the finance manager with the purchase of our new car. Especially considering we decided to buy the car on day when a winter storm warning was issued and we had several inches of snow. Thanks again with working with us. We are really loving the car.

pleased with the care I received on my regular maintenance. First time to work with Kelly but was pleased with her. She seemed to be very competent.

Only dealt with the service department. They were courteous, friendly and quite accommodating. All points were covered and explained in detail. Cleanliness was maintained when vehicle was returned.

Service writer were friendly and helpful assisting me in getting the services I wanted scheduled and didn't recommended services not needed yet. Appreciate their professionalism!!

I had a recall on passenger side airbag and although this was a service that was not going to generate any revenue for the location they treated me like gold. All of the staff were extremely professional and friendly, and not one of them tried to up-sale me on anything or claim my car had maintenance issues just to make some commission, as we all know some dealership/repair facilities do. I live in another town and driving to this particular Ford location was well worth it and it will be the only one I work with moving forward.

initially it was thought an axle seal was leaking. turned out to be a bad wheel bearing. Spradley was careful to talk to me before doing the work, the cost was the same as the estimate, and the new bearing is performing wonderfully. Quickly done and professionally managed.

Our farm/ranch company purchased a used Ford F250---we reviewed the vehicle in the bright sunlight--on the drive back to Nebraska it was obvious the truck had hail damage on the hood--not normal wear--I called twice NO ONE CALLED BACK--- Very POOR less than one Star --H Hunter Co LLC
