My experience was exceptional - specifically as a used car experience. Dennis did a great job and was very patient. The Frankel team worked well together and made for a highly satisfactory car buying experience.

When I visited Frankel Acura in November 2011, Paul Nicholson was the first sales person I met. Paul was very friendly and listened to my situation. He knew that I was just beginning to shop around for a car and he made no attempt for a quick sale. Instead he showed me a few cars on the lot and promised to contact when other Acura TL 2006 model year cars became available. In mid December Paul contacted me with a 2006 car with very low miles that was competitively priced. The sales process went smoothly and within an hour I was on my way. There were no sales gimmicks, no add-on fees just professional courteous service. I'm quite happy with my car buying experience and highly recommend Paul Nicholson at Frankel Acura to anyone in the market for a pre-owned Acura.

This w2ill be my third Acura, as I have had 2 TL's on lease for 6 yrears and am looking forward to the TSX I leased on this past Saturday. The whole process of turning in my lease & doing another one went very smoothly andexceptal well. I was very pleased with everything and Ralph & David were excellent. to work with. When I left the Agency I felt as if I had made 2 new friends. I would also like to mention Bobby Frankel, the owner of Frankel Acura for the pricing and the smmooth transition. We have purchased two new Acuras from Frankel. Mark sold us a TSX first, then we purchased an RDX, and Ralph was involved a little in that sale. The car buying experience here is great. Sure, there is the back and forth in finding a desirable sales price and trade price, but neither Mark nor Ralph treat you like the gum on a shoe as at some dealers, and both Mark and Ralph were very fair. Mark is very personable, and thorough. We would highly recommend him.

This is our 5th vehicle we are purchasing / leasing from Frankel Acura. Our contact Franck Wilfong have always been very helpful and is very knowledgeable on the Acura products and will not steer you wrong. I will recommend Frank, the dealer ship and Acura to anyone that will listen.

I purchased a used car. Paul Nicholson was very informative and easy to work with. I generally dislike the buying a car experience, however, here I got the information and answers I wanted without the undue preasure and canned sales pitches that I feared. I never felt that I was being played, and felt that the whole process was transparent and fair. In addition the used car manager Terry Robinson was also very helpful and easy to deal with. If you are looking for a professional and not high preasure experience, I recommend this dealership and Paul Nicholson.

I was shopping specifically for a 2008 Acura MDX. I...

I was shopping specifically for a 2008 Acura MDX. I already had a 2006 Acura TL, which I had bought at Carmax in White Marsh three years ago. After months of online research, I test drove an MDX at Carmax and had my TL appraised. I then went to Frankel to have my TL appraised and drive a specific MDX I found on the internet. I was put together with Paul Nicholson, and he happily said he would come in on his night off to meet with me because my schedule was limited. Nothing is more valuable to me than my time, and Paul understood that. We had a great test drive, and he gave me the freedom to take my time and explore the car's features after the drive was over. He left me with the car while he dealt with the appraisal of my TL. Frankel did a much better job than Carmax in preparing the car for customers to test drive. It was immaculate. If not for the odometer, you would think it was brand new. Also, because it was a certified pre-owned, Acura threw in a one-year extension on the warranty (something Carmax doesn't do). I thought the MDX was fairly priced -- not a steal, but a fair price. It was 2K more than the one at Carmax, but it also had 11K fewer miles. And, as I said, it was in better condition. With the added warranty, it was a no-brainer. I gave a small deposit, and we agreed that I would take delivery at 11am two days later. When I arrived, Paul had everything ready for me. The entire deal went smoothly and relatively quickly. There were no surprises, and I was extremely happy with the entire experience when I left. Paul and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. All of my questions were answered. I thought I would always buy my cars from Carmax. But in this case, I'm really glad I didn't. This was just a great experience. One small negative was that I drove away in my new MDX with less than 1/4 tank of gas. I'm used to dealers, even with used cars, topping off the tank when they detail the car for a purchaser. A relatively small expense for the dealer would have saved me an immediate trip to the gas station.
