I was on a trip from atlanta when a low engine oil light came on. My Genesis GV80 only had just over 4k miles on it which was concerning. I went there on a Friday and they checked my oil and ran a check on my sensors all while I was in the drop off area. It turned out to be a sensor which gave me peace of mind to be able to drive back to Atlanta and get it fixed. I really appreciate them doing that and not billing me at all. Great customer service by two very nice gentlemen

Amazing experience at Holler Genesis and my salesperson, Zach! He took his time showed me all the options and colors. It was truly a wonderful experience and the entire team from start to finish was fantastic!

Came in for an issue that could have cost a few hundred dollars - they solved it in short order for zero cost and educated me at the same time. Could not be happier. Moises is an expert service rep with great customer service orientation!

This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. There was definitely a personal touch to the entire experience. I appreciate Allen and Chris in taking such good care of me, and Toni in finance was fantastic! Thank you!

It was not a great experience. The buying process was rushed and they seemed more concerned about selling the GV80 and getting our trade in. The only reason we bought the GV80 from them is they kept lowering the price. Our biggest concern was the location of the dealership from our home and the next day we had an issue the key and they wanted us to bring it to the deanship to have it looked at. So much for the Genesis concierge service.

After explaining how to fix my service issue the technicians did nothing to solve my issue. I had a video of the issue but nothing was done. I still have the sanme issue

6 months after buying my GV70 I had an issue with warning lights going off. The service rep fixed it by installing a new camera on the windshield. 3 1/2 years later I have the same issue. I explained this to the support rep but they ignored me and said that they could find any issue even though I showed them the service report from 3 1/2 years ago. It's simple I need a new camera for the front windshield. Can you help me

Recently bought 2026 Genesis GV70 3.5T Sport Prestige AWD and my experience from start to finish was excellent! Couldn’t have asked for more. It indeed exceeded my expectations! Want to mention Xavier and Patrick because they were helpful in making sure I understood all of the details through out the process, which were many and I appreciate it! First-Class experience! Experienced ZERO of the traditional sales games with the sales or finance staff. Everyone was polite, professional and helpful. During the last 50 years, this has been my only truly positive automobile purchase experience. Also, having owed both Lexus and Mercedes-Benz vehicles, I'm genuinely impressed with the quality and value of the Genesis G80.
