Terrible experience. I purchased A vehicle from Ernest. Im out of state in NY. Trusted him , he told me the Mercedes was serviced by his mechanic and runs great. Surprise.. I get the car shipped to NY. Waited for the title to come in..took it to get NYS inspection. That FAILED EMMISONS. Took it to reputable mechanic..to find out the car has 2 bad catalytic converters. OVER 5000$ in repairs. Its ILLEGAL TO SELL A CAR WITH BAD CONVERTERS. He SOLD ME A LEMON. When I reached out with this issue. He told me Good luck. Your on your own..I purchased an "As is" car. But gave me no knowledge that it had BAD converters. I would have never purchased . He never gave me any awareness of the issue. And also tampered with the instrument cluster to try to rig engine lights off. This guy is NO GOOD AND FRAUD!! DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. AVOID THE LEGAL FEES AND FIGHTING. BECAUSE IAM FIGHTING THIS

I spoke to Ernst and offered to put a deposit down as it was midweek and the earliest I could buy the car would be the weekend.He then said Hold On, I am the owner and blah blah.., when I asked today if the car was available. HE was like it SOLD... yeah...Class Act! Believe the reviews....

Tried to buy a car and the guy Ernest went off the wall and got all weird. I just don’t know how people like him are even able to own a business. It’s obviously a one man show!!! Stay away and spend your money somewhere safer and more reputable.
