Worked with Alex at Audi Hilton Head to purchase a car for my daughter. He went above and beyond to get the car delivered to me in Charleston. Great experience overall with this dealership.

Had a routine oil change NOTHING else and was handed a bill for $460 after my 10% coupon! I was told that is the cost of an oil change where the labor was $355 are they crazy talk about being ripped off I will never go there again there are many options on the island for good service at a proper cost.

Aimee was wonderful to deal with. She did everything she could to make sure this service recall went smoothly and easily for me, On the other hand, making the appointment for the service recall through the central booking system was not as pleasant. I was told I could have a loaner and that when I got my service notification it would confirm the loaner. Of course when I got the email confirmation the loaner was not mentioned. I reached out by calling for about 2 days and emailing to confirm the loaner and did not receive a response. About 6 PM the night before the appointment Aimee called to confirm the loaner. She even offered to have someone drive it to me and pick up my car.
