Service Appointment

Just brought my 2015 BMW 750i in for a service visit at Classic BMW in Plano. Met with my service advisor Jeff Daggon on a Saturday morning. The entire process went very smooth and I was on my way home in no time at all.

23rd BMW

Pierre Takla is the man

We just purchased a bimmer from Pierre Takla (Classic BMW in Plano Texas) and could not have a better experience. He was amazing, very professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient to answer all of our questions. We would recommend Pierre and Classic BMW to anyone interested in a BMW. 5 over 5 stars rating.

Very helpful and excellent service

I give 5 stars for the timely manner and excellent customer service provided by Mallory. She helped me see my options and recommended service. Overall a smooth process. I will defiently be going back to see her for any future service/repairs.

Mark Fresard Rocks!

Mark Fresard at Classic BMW in Plano was amazing! My husband and I went to multiple dealerships looking for me next car. With a lot of frustration at other dealerships Mark was a breath of fresh air. The shopping process was easy with zero pressure. We actually visited Mark multiple times before coming to a decision. He had a great knowledge of the many cas I drove. After I selected my fabulous I3 he continuited to be awesome by providing clear financing numbers and options. The finance portion of the deal was quick and easy. We are very sasitified with our purchase and the excellent service Mark provided.

Excellence in service

I Brought my 2015 BMW 435i to get checked for a possible oil leak. I dealt with Zuhaib, a service advisor, and he took me through every step of the process that was going to be involved in terms of diagnosing the problem. After it was completed, he personally checked the car himself to Make sure all the seals were tight. The issue with intermittent problems in cars are sometimes when you bring it in for service the technicians sort of dismiss It. Zuhaib took my car issue seriously and took care of it in the most professional manner possible. I will only deal with him moving forward. He took all the stress out of getting my car serviced.

Great experience

Michael Snyder was great to work with. He got me a newer car with a warranty with lower interest at the same cost of the older car I was looking at. I would recommend everyone to go see micheal.
