10/10 rate for sure, bought a brand new car on Saturday, was night time when everything was done and was able to pull out of the dealership, before leaving me and my wife didnt notice the paint was chip up front probably because it was to dark to see, so we brought it in on Monday due to the place being closed on Sundays. The person that sold me the car, River, was very very helpful when we got there and got everything situated and was able to get the problem fix with no hassle whatsoever. Place truly cares about the costumer !! Well come againg if looking for a new car.

My car had to go in unexpectedly after it became non drive and they ended up needing to do a lot of work because I hadn’t been keeping up with maintenance. My service advisor, Mustafa, was awesome. Super professional, helped me lower costs where he could and was honest in not tacking on more costs for services I’d requested that he said weren’t needed yet. Will schedule them at Capitol for sure when they are needed. Gave the car back washed and vacuumed. Made an inconvenient situation less stressful for sure.

They didn't want to work out with me regarding the vehicle I wanted to purchase, instead they pushed me to get a lower trim that I didn't want. They also told me that the vehicle I originally wanted was sold when in reality it hadn't sold, I didn't find out until later. For my trade in they didn't want to match the competition price, their website says they will match it or give me 1k cash, that didn't happen. They also had told me a price one day and the next they said another price! About 2k more than what they said and told me that they would sell it to someone else if I didn't buy the truck, unfortunately I ended up buying it, and the reason I did was because they kept telling me that the one I originally inquired about sold and the one they showed me that I ended up buying was gonna sell later that day unless I bought it, I caved in and ended up buying the vehicle. Also their finance person kept pushing me to get extended warranty, and at one point he snapped at me, and honestly I felt a little threatened. Also the person kept going back and forth regarding interest rates, when I specifically told him which one I wanted from the beginning. He pretty much kept me hostage for around 2 hours. I was at this dealership for around 5 hours just to buy a vehicle, what a joke! And the add ons for the vehicle are insane it should be illegal, they charged me 2k for them and they wouldn't budge on them, 500 for lug locks? Are you serious??? 1500 for protection and tint? Wow talk about a deal! By the way I looked into everything and the total for all the add ons should've been like 1200 max. I've bought 2 vehicles before, this brand new and this was the worst experience I've ever had! Will not be coming here ever again, oh and they also gave me the wrong mats for my vehicle, it says on the window sticker that they would give me Z71 all weather mats and they gave me the regular Chevrolet logo mats, about 50 dollar difference. I've contacted them regarding that and it's been a month and no word, they keep telling me they ordered them and they're on back order, but funny enough, if I order them on the website they are available in a couple of days? Strange, just a bunch of liars. Also Noe this section is for you, you asked me to put you in the survey and I am, you're by far the worst person in the dealership, begging for perfect score, but when I ask about my mats you don't respond? Funny... Currently it's June 9th and I'm pretty sure I won't be getting anything! By the way this is going on the Google review as well! I'll keep y'all updated, also imagine trying to give a free full tank of gas to glaze your dealership with 5 stars and a perfect score on the review survey. No wonder y'all are the "best Chevrolet"dealer in town. 🤣😂
