i am SO satisfied with dick norris. as each year passes i become more and more confident that this is a trustworthy place! ( have bought several cars here in the past 13 years; enjoyed working with rita and now max...awesome service department and employees! i have heard horror stories about other dealerships and am grateful that i go to the greatest place on earth!...thank you dick norris!

Recall for repairs to moon roof
Jack Strehle and everyone I have encountered in the service department has been outstanding. I had a recall on my Regal moon roof. Jack was very thorough in explaining the recall and how it would be handled. Very professional, courteous, and friendly people. Happy to find a dealership that really does provide excellent customer service.

Trustworthy and Friendly Service
This is the second car I have entrusted Lenny Demarco and the service team at Dick Norris Buick to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot possible problems. The entire staff is professional and I always feel the my Buick is in good hands with reliable service done correctly the first time. I appreciate their. finding and correcting issues before they become a threat to my safety or cost more because of wearing out . Having a reliable car most important of course, but the lovely waiting room, coffee and relaxed environment is a great plus!

Great experience, great guys!
What a wonderful experience buying my SUV through Dick Morris and Joe "JD" Denittis. Finding the SUV online, I initially spoke to JD on the phone a couple times before driving over from Orlando to see the SUV in person. He was extremely nice, answered all my questions, and was very patient with my skepticism (the price was very good, so of course I was skeptical). When I arrived I found him on the lot and he dropped everything to help me. The SUV was/is perfect. We worked together on taking care of the paperwork during the week while I was in Orlando. I then took a train to Tampa and JD picked me up! We took care of the paperwork - super easy - and I was able to drive my baby home an hour or so later. Looking forward to purchasing another car through Dick Morris and JD. Although I mostly worked with JD, the feeling I got from the dealership is that everyone there is a good person, very sincere, and not about pressuring you into a purchase (of course this is a dealership, but I've been to enough to know sales tactics from real people). No reason to go anywhere else.

I am beyond disappointed in Dick Norris. As a customer who has been loyal to this dealership, when I recently needed repair work done to my Enclave I was met with lies, unprofessional behavior, lack of communication, and staff that constantly placed blame on AllState. My car was in the body shop for almost a month, and I was not contacted once to be updated on its status. When calling to check on it, Rudy (supposedly an assistant manager) told us he "had no idea what was going on" with my vehicle. Multiple attempts to speak to management, or Doug or Dick Norris were constantly met with "nobody is available" My enclave was a stolen/recovered vehicle, and one of my biggest concerns was getting the locks changed as a set of keys was still not recovered. The morning my vehicle was complete, I specifically asked if my car had been re-keyed with two new sets of keys. I was told "of course!" When I received my vehicle, there was only one set of keys... When addressing the body shop manager Michael (the only decent human I came into contact with in this whole process) about this, he reached out to the staff who has assured me that the car had the locks changed. It did not. They never changed my locks. This was two hours after they assured me it had been done! Of course, this led to blame on the insurance company, but either way the dealership confirmed to me that the car had 100% had the locks changed What would have happened if it got stolen again?!? Would Dick Norris stand behind their work? After expressing my dozens of complaints to Michael, I still have not been contacted (almost a week later) by any management of Dick Norris. I am beyond disappointed and will never ever step foot in this dealership ever again.

Everyone at the dealership is extremely helpful. The salesman, John Bruno, was extremely nice, attentive, and more than willing to deal. The dealer ship is very clean.

THE BEST!!!
The most knowledgeable, courteous, honest and helpful service manager I have ever ever dealt with. Max goes out of his way to make sure my needs are satisfied, and that my vehicles are serviced efficiently and promptly. I could even say I look forward to taking my cars in for their regular "check-ups", because Max and Chris, too, have a great sense of humor and their greeting chats are fun and entertaining. I love that place! :)

Dealing with the service department for many, many years.
Have bought many Buicks here since moving to this area 25 years ago. The service has always been excellent and very professional. The Lounge area provides an enjoyable place while waiting for your service to be completed. Everyone that works there have always been very friendly and most helpful.
