Took our car to Group 1 after an unsatisfactory conclusion at the dealer we initially bought the car, as new, from. Group 1 extracted the correct information from the car and repaired it as we had hoped. We were informed of status during the repair and the car was ready for us on the promised date. We will happily use Group 1 again should we need anything done on our Mazada.

Tracy was knowledgeable during my visit, i dropped my Mazda 3 off for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment and everything was done in a timely manner. I will say that all the advisors did seem to be a bit busy but that could've been just because it was a Saturday. Overall I will be back to continuously service my Mazda with Group 1 Denton Mazda.
