No Preassure, simply answered my questions, completely

No Preassure, simply answered my questions, completely open and willing to explain every step. Everyone was absolutely friendly. I dont think I have ever purchased a vehicle with terms Acceptable to me in only a couple hours. Normally start to finish entire process takes half the day. Eric was outstanding, many followup text and calls to make sure Everything was good, I was happy and followup to make sure I completely understood the tech, etc.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we finalized the purchase, everything started to unravel. First, the original loan paperwork was completely messed up, causing delays and confusion. Then we found out the title work was never filed properly. After contacting the sales manager they sent the title paperwork —only for it to be the wrong one. This led to late fees at the BMV, which we covered ourselves. The worst part? Once we were out of the salesman’s hands, customer service became absolutely horrible. Being told that I needed to make my second payment to the dealership instead of the finance company, (because the paperwork was not completed correctly on Kahlos finance side) I explained that I wanted to reach out to finance company and ask some questions and verify some information. To be told that I don’t understand what is happening and what I need to do. All of the communication of the mess ups and errors on Kahlo‘s finance side was done through text messaging. After all of this is said and done, not a simple apology and acceptance of mistake from the finance guy, arrogant and rude. We've been dealing with this back-and-forth mess for over a month and a half now. This dealership clearly lacks professionalism and accountability. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from them to think twice. The stress and inconvenience simply aren’t worth it. I have leased multiple vehicles and never had issues like this. Biggest mistake I have made going to this dealership, lesson learned and will continue business elsewhere.

Thank you for sharing your experience. To clarify a few points with you, the initial lease paperwork was inaccurate due to a printer issue, which created follow-up work for both sides. We use text messaging to document updates for accuracy and accountability. In addition, you had direct cell phone access to our sales manager, finance manager, and me throughout, as we shared our numbers. Our finance manager also met you in person at your workplace to re-sign the corrected documents. While the contract was processing, we submitted your second payment on your behalf so it would be credited properly, which then that payment was required by you to reimburse the dealership. This dealership is average on customer service. While the service department is easy to get in to for appointments, there is no continuity in service advisor or mechanic.
