It was excellent. Austin was very friendly, helpful, and determined to do whatever it took to get me into the vehicle I wanted. He was kind, thoughtful, and not overly pushy like many other salespeople. I’ll definitely recommend Austin to anyone interested in purchasing a Mazda.

Paul is straightforward, non pressure salesperson. Easy to work with and to learn about Mazda’s with. I have purchased 4 cars from Paul and 5 total from Serra. Always feels like I am treated like and intelligent human and I have always felt I was treated fairly and give a great deal. Purchasing is a breeze at Serra and enjoyable when working with Paul. I recommend them all the time and those I have referred and have the exact same experience.

Just wanted to add my compliments about the staff of Serra Mazda in Akron. They made my purchase of a Miata RF extremely smooth throughout all phases of the transaction, from initial communication to picking up the vehicle. Adam Dungan was an excellent client advisor, quickly understanding my situation and adjusting the deal as necessary to get to an agreeable price. Christine Kicos in finance had a similar customer focused approach and made the process extremely smooth. Serra Mazda truly sets an exemplary standard for how a dealership should work with their customers to meet their needs and provide customized solutions.

My issue was diagnosed in a timely manner and repairs made same day. One part was not available. It came in in just a few days and its replacement took only 30 minutes. My Subaru Forester was returned to me washed and swept

For the past year I have made several mentions of our CX-7 battery dying after 3/4 days of not driving it. I was told everything was fine. They finally performed diagnostics on the electric system and noticed a parasitic draw on the battery from the stock radio in the vehicle. Their response was try try and sell me on an $800+ head unit versus fixing their own workmanship. Now I have an unreliable (and potentially unsafe) vehicle due to a faulty head unit in the vehicle. Was very disappointed they did not take responsibility.

Didn't fix all the problems that needed repaired. Steering wheel has very strong vibration over 55-60 mph and it still is there. A short test ride on the highway right by the dealership would've shown that.

You can spend less if you need to and you can waste money getting unnecessary work done at a great price too. These guys do what is required to make your car last a long time at a fair price. Free car wash too. I always enjoy my visit. Can't wait for the expansion.

I bout my car in September, Mazda CX-5, from Dejan, he was very attentive, patient, friendly and made himself available whenever I had questions. I brought my car back in for a tire pressure issue and to update my GPS, I work with both Jeff and Mark, both were very friendly and knowledgable and had my car back to me quickly. Great staff, great to work with.

I recently had my Mazda 3 repaired at Park Mazda. The service associate was very nice and answered all of my questions and worked around my schedule (kind of). When I went to pick up my car between 11:45 and 12:00 at night, I noticed that my gas tank was not at the original 3/4 mark. (or even close) There was less than 1/4 tank left, when I notified the service associate I was told I could drive back out to the dealership for the gas. I requested a gas card and I have never recieved an answer or follow up.
