I brought my vehicle in for service after discovering that I was unable to open the trunk. Although there were already vehicles scheduled for appointments, Darren was able to accommodate my vehicle despite the busy schedule and ensured the service was completed in about half the time I expected. Darren has assisted me as my service advisor on previous visits, and each time he has provided a consistently positive service experience.
