I was greeted professionally and they were friendly. They had nice facilities while I waited. The work was for a recall. They took me earlier than my 8:20 appointment. I was out maybe an hour. I was very pleased.

I arrived from Michigan to visit my daughter while her husband was out on an aircraft carrier. I immediately noticed a noise coming from the rear axle area of her 2021 bronco sport It was also ready for an oil change. Daren and the technicians did an excellent job getting all of the work completed before I needed to fly back home. I was very impressed with how efficiently all of the work was completed! Darren contacted ford to help cover the rear differential replacement for me which I also appreciated. Unfortunately Ford only covered 30% of the cost for the known vent design issue that had an open active tech service bulletin since the car was 2 months out of warranty I would have expected that the issue would have been addressed previously since the car had been returned to a Ford dealer for multiple recalls while under warranty
