I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Cameron Maus at Subaru of Shelor Motor Mile in Christiansburg VA. Despite our credit being pre-approved and providing three hours of lead time to prepare the necessary paperwork, we were required to make multiple trips to the dealership. Upon our return, Mr. Maus was unable to provide assurance that we would be able to finalize the transaction with the finance manager that same day. This experience fell well below the professional standards expected for a customer who has committed to a vehicle purchase.

Registration process was seamless and timely. Instructions on the repair order were as I requested.

Shelor provides a flawless sales and service experience. The customer graduates from the sales staff to the “paperwork department to maintenance. Each level has staff that exceeds expectations and definitely provides for every need. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Every customer feels she/he is the most valued person.

Friendly staff. Easy to work with. No hard sales push. In and out in a short period of time.
