If I could give no stars I would. Bought a vehicle from them, told me after having it a year could come in and trade it in. They have poor customer service and they do nothing but lie. Poor management

Well maybe I am naive, but this was a completely poor bait and switch experience. I went with a check to buy a car that was advertised on multiple sights for $17k. I called in advance to confirm that the offer that I received directly from Carlson, $16750, was legit. I got there after driving 2 hours from Greensboro area and loved the car and agreed to buy it. The first paperwork came back at $23k!!! After multiple iterations and complaints the number was down to $19.8k!! The price listed broadly across the auto listing sites is the bait. The switch is the price, and it is only for people that take a loan out, or have a trade in. (they obviously get a nice kickback on their loans, and give you a bad deal on your trade in) If you don't have one or the other it is a quick $1000 more each!! That's the big money, then they exhaust you with erroneous extras starting with the doc fee that is $799 while the state average is $600, and a whole new fee "shop fee" for $520 (The car I was buying had 7k miles and the employee told me that it came in on a trade pristine and had done nothing to it) Obviously I did not buy from this huckster.
