I took my car to check the tires. I didn’t have an appointment but Emerson took me in, sent me home in an Uber and called me the same day that my tires were fine! Only needed calibration. While it was there, they did a multi-point inspection but no pressure! All of that and no charge. Emerson Chavez was professional and courteous… I have no reservations about going back if ever I need to service my car. Thank you, Emerson and the Honda service team!!

They are very professional and I was surprised with the the way they did the inspection They did it in every inch of the car I was not expecting this kind of inspection to confirm what is wrong with my car I left extremely happy the shop where the best information and inspection I never was thing about More specifically mr CJ He explained everything within the report that held me understanding my car diagnose it

I recently took my CR-V to Herson's Honda in Rockville to have the battery checked, and the service department went above and beyond. Not only did they accurately diagnose the specific parasitic draw that was draining my battery, but their thorough multi-point inspection also caught a failing water pump that needed to be replaced before it caused major issues. Karina Garcia was my service advisor, and she was fantastic to work with. Once again, her communication throughout the entire process was stellar. She kept me fully informed on the findings, timeline, and next steps, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. If you want an honest, meticulous, and customer-focused service department, take your vehicle to Herson's Honda. Ask for Karina—she provides top-tier care every single time!

Mack and Emerson at Herson’s Honda were great in helping me with my CRV — getting protective paint sealant applied and mud flaps installed. So knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and made us feel like family and that our needs and wants were important!!! Highly recommend!! Always helpful — best sales and service teams ever!!! Hooah!!!

They got the recall repair/fix completed on the scheduled day and suggested other maintenance items based on the age of the car. I was satisfied with the outcome.

We have bought all our Hondas at Herson''s as well use their service. My recent large service appointment was efficiently and pleasantly handled by Nelson. Thanks to him and the crew. I also appreciated the complimentary Uber service both ways.
