Great service! The service department was extremely efficient and finished earlier than promised. Jason is always professional and personable; thoroughly answering every question. The waiting area is very comfortable and functional. The car was washed and vacuumed after the service.

Erhard is always fast, efficient, and respectful of my time. My car is always perfect, when they say it is ready, so I don't have issues after I pick the car up. I live closer to several other BMW dealerships, but I still go to Erhard, because I continue to have great service experiences. When my service appointments are a bit more extensive, it is very common for them to include a complementary loaner. Chad is fantastic at assessing the situation of the vehicle and making sure the customer is treated as fairly as possible in every circumstance.

great service....pros easy too just drop your car and your off. friendly staff. Jason was very professional and informative. Would go there again. I would rather receive a phone call then a text about repairs needed.

All was perfect. Ken the adviser is always top rate. I did notice my ft chrome grill was not installed properly and came loose. I popped it back in if it pops out again I’ll contact Ken and drop by for the tech to fix it if needed. Again it’s always a pleasure working with Ken for my needs.

My 6-Series required service for recurring low oil warnings. The dealership provided a convenient reserved date and time, and the service was performed perfectly before the end of day (as promised).

Purchased Used Mini Convertible

My wife recently fell in love with, and we subsequently purchased a Mini Cooper S convertible from Erhard BMW. Our buying experience we good overall. Ahmed, our salesman was excellent. He was responsive to our inquiries and made the buying process seamless. The car we purchased is beautiful, and it's hard to tell it's a used vehicle. The only reason this is 4 stars and not 5, is that we were <10 miles away from the dealership, and the "low fuel" light came on. We are disappointed to have purchased a vehicle that needed to be filled up with gas before we got home!

Customer Service!!

Top notch BMW dealership. Jeff Seit for sales and Ken Foster for service = awesome experience. I made the mistake of driving to Milwaukee to buy my certified used 2016 550i....left less than happy. I felt like they "had me" since I drove to Wisconsin to buy - zero personality and full of themselves. I drove away very angry and was upset. I was more angry at myself for not contacting Jeff Seit first as the salesman and Sales Manager at the Milwaukee North BMW dealer were the epitome of "used car" salesmen. Never again. Thank you Jeff and Ken! Todd Lincoln

professional, helpful service

Everything went like clockwork. received a nice loaner vehicle, the service department gave me twice a day updates and my time spent in the service department was minimal.
