My daughters first car purchase and From the beginning all they did was lie to me and my daughter Told her a total price then when everything was said and done prices where different wanted 48,000 for a car that didn’t even have car mats and that blue book price is only worth 17,000 they are scammers

Well bought a car 60 days ago BMW X5 had the vehicle breakdown leak all the coolant . Bought an extended warranty with it for 5000 dollars and covered nothing but a water pump . Called drive right all I get from the manager is that I broke the vehicle . I asked them get us out of this vehicle or help with repair cost which of course the answer is now I’m over 8000 dlls in repairs out of pocket and there nothing there willing to do for me . Had ac issue they agreed to repair never repaired it all I get is the run around and no one ever calls all they do is try to hide.

Waste of your time, was told early morning vehicle is available and ready to look at. Went less then hour after talked over phone, I get there to noone knowing anything about the vehicle. Trys to show me other cars on the lot, turns out the vehicle I went to purchase with Cash!!! Was sold 5 days ago!!!! No communication with employees and especially to customers! Why tell me it's there and ready for me but not know it's been sold! Ridiculous
